Our approach is to teach vocabulary that children at this age are familiar with. Our activities are developed using repetition to ensure retention. Please keep in mind that each child learns at his/her own pace, and as with every other activity, students need practice and repetition. However, just the exposure to the language will give them some of the neurological and social benefits that learning a new language brings. Each week, children will take home the vocabulary we are working on. We highly encourage you to practice with them.
When registering your child in our program, we will receive and process the form for our own records. Once you finish the whole process, your child can immediately start attending our sessions.
After filling out the registration form you will be redirected to our service contract to be signed electronically. To finish you must process the corresponding payment. For details on fees please check our payment tab.
You can cancel the sessions at any time during the school year. You must let us know by the 20th of the previous month you wish to cancel.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide make-up sessions for absent students. Because we are only present at your child’s school during a specific time once a week, make-up sessions are not possible for us.
No, you do not need to come before our sessions. Our teachers will get your child from his/her class right before the session starts.
If your child attends After School Care we will bring them to the respective area. If you or any authorized person is picking your child up right after the session is over, for the safety of your child we will ask for ID.
We will not leave them alone. If you are late we will wait for you for the first ten (10) minutes for free. After that a Late Pick-Up Fee will be charged for every five (5) minutes your child remains with us.
For pricing please check our Payment tab. The Enrollment Fee will cover all materials, supplies and equipment for our sessions. Children will take home what they do in our sessions and the vocabulary we are working on.
We will send you an invoice with the amount to be paid previous the 1st day of each month.
We only accept online payments. Once you start receiving our monthly invoices you also might be able to pay with an online transfer thru QuickBooks Secured system. Please check our Payment tab for details on which cards are accepted.
All payments are processed through Authorize.net Payment Gateway. We do not have access to your credit card information. Additionally, our site is secured through Network Solutions.
The first time you will pay a non-refundable enrollment fee along with the first month of tuition. Thereafter, our sessions are billed monthly based on your school’s calendar.
The monthly fee must be paid by the 1st day of each month in order to avoid late fees. We will send you an invoice previous to the payment’s due date to let you know the amount to be paid.
